A Saturday night shooting at an apartment complex in southeast Charlotte left one person seriously hurt and rushed to a local hospital, according to medics who responded to the scene.
The call came from the 1900 block of Charleston Place Lane, where emergency crews were dispatched and Charlotte-Mecklenburg police worked the area. Officers had not released additional details as they processed the scene and gathered information.
As reported by Queen City News, Medic crews arrived at the complex and transported one patient with serious injuries to a nearby hospital. The outlet noted that police shared few details publicly while responders were still on scene.
