PINEVILLE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) – A Charlotte man bought a $5 lottery ticket over the weekend from a local Food Lion that turned into a more than $700,000 win.
Dwayne Bollinger tried his luck on a Fast Play ticket Saturday from the Food Lion on Polk Street in Pineville and won a $793,378 jackpot.
