STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — The driver of a Charlotte-bound bus involved in a fatal crash in Virginia pled guilty to four charges.
Jing Sheng Dong, 48, of Staten Island, New York, was charged with five counts of involuntary manslaughter and one count of reckless driving.
On Wednesday, Dong appeared in court for three of the involuntary manslaughter charges and the reckless driving charge. According to court documents, Dong pled not guilty to all four of those charges.
