CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – An ICE detainer was placed on the woman charged in the death of an 8-year-old killed in a crash last week near Uptown Charlotte.
Court documents filed Friday, July 3, ordered the detainer for Mayra Castaneda, 32, after biometric confirmation and a records check found she lacked legal immigration status.
