CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – A wave of juvenile violence continues to plague the Queen City.
Two more teens have been arrested in connection to the shooting that killed 15-year-old Ya-Monnie Houston.
Charlotte Mecklenburg police say Houston and another teenage girl were shot in east Charlotte earlier this month along East Independence Boulevard near the Briar Creek exit. Houston died from her injuries…
