The Charlotte-Mecklenburg school board worked towards understanding its internal divisions and goals through a retreat Saturday.
The retreat, facilitated by Runnavation LLC, occurred Saturday at a CMS building in west Charlotte helped set goals, underline priorities for the upcoming school year and facilitate one-on-one meetings in the future between the retreat facilitator and each board member. It’s the second retreat the CMS board held this year, with one previously on January 23.
