CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WBOY) — A popular social media influencer has been arrested in West Virginia and is facing violent crime charges.
Michael Bowman, 35, of Charlotte, North Carolina, was taken into custody on Wednesday and charged with felony strangulation. West Virginia Magistrate Court records show he was given a $25,000 property/surety bond, posted by a man named Curtis McConohay.
According to a criminal complaint, on Aug. 28, around 6:53 p.m., officers with the St. Albans Police Department were alerted to a disturbance call at an apartment on Spring Street in St. Albans.
