Former Mecklenburg County manager flagged conflict-of-interest concerns over CMS contractor

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Former Mecklenburg County Manager Dena Diorio says she expressed concerns about a conflict of interest that CMS contractor Raki McGregor and his wife had as they were receiving hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars in contracts with the school district and county.

The McGregors and SYDKIMYL are at the center of a controversy over CMS contracts.
