CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) -Neighbors in Hidden Valley, a historically Black community off West Sugar Creek Road in north Charlotte, said three townhouses built on one lot violate a rule allowing only one home per lot — and now they’re suing the developer to stop it.
