A lovingly restored 1963 Airstream trailer is now tucked behind Moxie Mercantile in Plaza Midwood, pouring Italian bubbles and spritzes under yellow and white striped umbrellas. The proseccheria-style bar, called Bev, is set up as an open-air, café-like patio at 2008 Commonwealth Ave and is designed to feel like a tiny corner of Europe in Charlotte. It is a compact, low-key spot geared toward pre-dinner drinks, afternoon flights and long, chatty hangs.
