CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Video of a horse running loose in Charlotte and getting hit by a car has gone viral.
Queen City News has learned that one of the men charged after the incident has other pending legal matters related to his treatment of horses.
Twin brothers Deven and Desmon Moore were both arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting a public officer during a fight that followed a horse getting hit by a car in Uptown this month.
