Little Diversified Architectural Consulting’s Truliant Federal Credit Union Offices in Charlotte revitalizes a 1983 building, infusing modernity and transparency into a culture-driven workspace that balances collaboration with privacy.

Completed in October 2025, the Truliant Regional Office at Fairview Plaza extends Little’s long-standing partnership with one of the nation’s top 100 credit unions, translating a proven workplace model into a new urban setting. Inspired by the award-winning design of Truliant’s Winston-Salem Operations Center, this 16,390-square-foot office environment was envisioned to recreate the same culture-forward experience within a very different architectural context.

The workplace is housed in a 1983 building originally designed by Bill Little, defined by low ceiling heights and challenging daylight conditions. With the client’s preference for perimeter offices as a key planning driver, the design team prioritized openness and brightness through a series of precise, high-impact moves. Glass office fronts and full-glass training room doors increase transparency and allow light to travel deeper into the floorplate, while an exposed, white-painted ceiling visually lifts the space and amplifies available daylight.
