Missing Charlotte man with dementia found: CMPD

CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Henry “Omar” Bess was found Monday afternoon and was reunited with his family, police say.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said 79-year-old Henry “Omar” Bess was last seen walking away from his home on Whitehall Drive around 6 a.m. on Monday, April 27. This is near Westerly Hills Park.
