CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The sister of Decarlos Brown, the man accused of the fatal stabbing Iryna Zarutska on the Blue Line, was found guilty of a hit and run from 2024.
Tracey Brown, 34, was found guilty of felony hit and run and assault with a deadly weapon resulting in serious injury, according to court records.
