CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say surveillance video shows a woman stealing a purse from a delivery driver’s car earlier this month outside a grocery store in the NoDa community.
The incident happened Thursday, April 16, outside a Food Lion in the 3000 block of The Plaza in NoDa.
Surveillance footage shows the woman leave her vehicle and start walking away, but she looks back toward her car and the car next to her vehicle. The video shows her turn around, walk back and she appears to check to see if the other car has locked doors. The video shows her then walk away again…
