CHARLOTTE (WJZY) — Every airline check-in kiosk was full at Charlotte Douglas International Airport, except for Spirit. There was no customer service, no gate agents, nothing – it was empty.
The shutdown move affected thousands of flyers across the country, including one family who was leaving for New York Saturday evening.
