North Carolina Attorney General calls out predatory towing companies

RALEIGH, N.C. (WBTV) – WBTV’s investigation into predatory towing continues to have an impact on North Carolina, with State Attorney General Jeff Jackson now urging lawmakers to pass legislation that would protect drivers from excessive charges.

Jackson spoke with WBTV about predatory towing and what needs to happen next to protect North Carolina drivers. He said his office is taking the issue seriously as complaints continue to come in.
