CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – A $5.7 million sidewalk project on Stribling Avenue is on pause but not canceled.
The project will add sidewalks, mountable curbs and lane expansions. At a recent city council meeting, Fry’s Spring neighbors voiced their frustration, saying speeding vehicles make it dangerous to walk or bike.
