CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Good morning. What a day ! As a cold front continues to move south of the region, early clouds will give way to clearing sky, cooler temperatures, and lower humidity. This rather pleasant airmass will stay in place the next few days. The cold front will stay to our south this weekend. A bit more cloudiness will move into the region, with a chance for a late shower Sunday. Our rain chances increase early next week, as well as high humidity levels. Tropical Storm Bertha is 110 miles southwest of New Orleans, with 45 mph sustained winds, and moving west at 12mph. We’ll keep you updated. Have a great, and safe day !
