UVA receives $43 million gift for early childhood learning center

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – The University of Virginia announced a $43 million gift from alumni David and Kathy LaCross to establish an early learning center in Charlottesville.

The center will provide education and developmental services for children up to age 5 while giving UVA students hands-on training in the classroom.
