Notice of Public Hearing
The Madison County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as permitted under the adopted agenda. The hearing will take place in the Auditorium of the Madison County Administration Center, located at 414 North Main Street, Madison, Virginia 22727.
The purpose of this public hearing is to amend Article VI at Sections 24-129 and 24-131 of the Madison County Code of Ordinances to clarify and update provisions related to the levy of tax; rate; definitions, reports and remittances;
