CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Fifeville neighbors gathered with Charlottesville city engineers and leaders Thursday to brainstorm ways to make their streets safer.
The workshop is part of a two-year process that was sent back to square one after residents gave the city their initial input.
