LYNCHBURG, Va. – Rustburg native Eden Bigham is returning to the area, joining the University of Lynchburg softball coaching staff as an assistant coach.
Bigham joins the Hornets after completing a four-year playing career as a pitcher at the University of Virginia.
During her career with the Cavaliers, Bigham helped UVA to 142 victories and established the program record for career saves with 14. She earned All-ACC First Team honors in 2024 and 2025 and helped lead Virginia to three consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances…
