Authorities have identified the body of a 64-year-old man found in the woods near Richmond Raceway last week. The victim was George Arthur Page, of Rochelle, Virginia. His badly decomposed body was discovered in the woods on Carolina Avenue April 25. Police do not suspect foul play in his death.
The Virginia Office of the Chief Medical Examiner worked with detectives in the Henrico Criminal Investigations Section to positively identify Page.
