FLUVANNA, Va. (WWBT) – At least one person died in a plane crash Sunday morning in Fluvanna County on Miles Jackson Road. “Virginia State Police was alerted to a plane crash in Fluvanna County. “Debris from the small, private aircraft was located in a wooded area within the 200 block of Miles Jackson Road in Palmyra,” Virginia State Police said. “The impact of the crash caused parts of the aircraft to catch fire. There is one confirmed fatality.”
