WAYNESBORO, Va. (WHSV) – The Rotary Club of Waynesboro has teamed up with The Office on Youth and Waynesboro Parks and Rec to start construction on a traffic garden. A traffic garden is a small-scale network of real-world streets that are out of harm’s way of cars and where children can practice riding bikes while learning important rules of the road to follow.
