CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – According to an email sent to members, and confirmed by a note on the establishment’s front door, Common House – a social club on West Market St. in Charlottesville, has closed due to a dispute with its landlord.
The closure came Thursday, just as the venue was set to host a number of events connected to the annual Tom Tom Festival, including the April 25 Prom Prom, a festival-ending dance party.
