CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – The Dogwood Vietnam Memorial held a rededication ceremony Friday, April 17, inviting people to come together to recognize those who gave their lives in Vietnam.
“We will remember them,” said Joel Jenkins, with the Dogwood Vietnam Memorial Foundation, reciting a poem at the rededication ceremony.
