Chattanooga Police employee on leave after affidavit says she tried hitting man with car

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — An employee with the Chattanooga Police Department has been put on leave after an affidavit reveals she threatened a man at her apartment complex and tried to hit him with her car.

The affidavit says the victim told police he saw a woman in a black KIA cutting other drivers off at the front of the apartment complex.
