Jury declines to indict Sequatchie Co. teacher accused of assaulting special needs student

SEQUATCHIE COUNTY, Tenn. — A Sequatchie County teacher charged with assaulting an elementary school student with special needs will not face criminal charges after a grand jury declined to indict based on ‘lacking evidence.’

Sequatchie County officials say Holy Condra’s case was “no billed” by the grand jury, meaning jurors concluded there was not enough evidence of guilt to support a criminal charge.
