TRACY CITY, Tenn. — State investigators are looking into a shooting involving an off-duty Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper in Tracy City.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says special agents were called in at the request of 12th Judicial District Attorney General Courtney Lynch.
