Hamilton County weighs policy curbing K-8 screen time, including take-home devices

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Hamilton County Schools is considering a major change to how students use school-issued technology.

Under a proposed policy now being reviewed, elementary and middle school students would have limited screen time and no longer be assigned devices to take home.
