BRADLEY COUNTY, Tenn. — A reported assault in Bradley County turned into a homicide investigation Tuesday morning after deputies found a person with deadly wounds inside a home and learned the suspect had already fled.
The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were responding to a report of an assault in progress at a residence on Lowery Street NE when they were told the suspect had left the scene.
When deputies arrived, they found an adult victim inside the home suffering from what the sheriff’s office described as a ‘severe injury.’…
