A man is in custody after firing a weapon out of a vehicle following an altercation on June 30, 2026.
The Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) says at around 08:30 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a call regarding a domestic dispute occurring in a vehicle by one of the vehicle’s occupants.
They say the caller stated that a Benjamin Henderson was driving, and after an altercation with the caller, he began firing a weapon out of the car in the presence of two juveniles…
