BRADLEY COUNTY, Tenn. — A months-long investigation into a series of dangerous windshield attacks on drivers has led to a man’s arrest in Bradley County.
Christopher James was arrested June 30 after investigators linked him to multiple incidents in which objects were thrown at moving vehicles, according to a joint release from Cleveland Police and the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office.
