COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (WJHL) — Tennessee Tech officially became a member of the Southern Conference on Wednesday, marking the completion of its transition from the Ohio Valley Conference.
The move makes Golden Eagles the Southern Conference’s 11th full-time member and renews in-state rivalries with programs including ETSU and Chattanooga.
