CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — An elderly man is safe after crews with the Chattanooga Fire Department responded to an overnight apartment fire early Sunday morning.
Upon arrival, firefighters saw smoke and flames rising from the second floor of Rosemont Apartments on Glenwood Parkway.
