CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A traffic stop for a window tint violation led to the arrest of a man Chattanooga Police say was wanted in connection to a shooting that damaged an apartment building near the Grove Street Market last year.
According to an arrest report, officers pulled over 24-year-old Ivan Hardwick on Brainerd Road on July 6th for a window tint violation.
