CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Wednesday marks one year since devastating flash floods swept through the Chattanooga area, flooding I-24 and leaving drivers stranded for hours as rain poured down.
The entire Chattanooga area received a little under 7 inches of rain in a few hours.
East Ridge was hit especially hard.
