CLEVELAND, Tenn. — For 11 years, Bradley County paramedic Chris Ballard has answered the call to help people during some of the worst moments of their lives.
Now, Ballard and his family are facing a medical crisis of their own after an emergency room visit in Chattanooga revealed a tumor in his brain, with subsequent scans showing cancer in his lungs and kidneys, according to a GoFundMe page created to support the family.
