CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A 22-year-old woman whose body was found outside a Chattanooga motel in July was already dead when a man drove over her body, according to a newly released medical examiner’s report.
The Hamilton County Medical Examiner determined Elysia Kinsella died from an overdose involving methamphetamine, cocaine and alcohol.
