CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — An East Ridge man faces several charges after an investigation into possible sexual contact with a minor.
The arrest affidavit says the investigation began on March 7th when an East Ridge police officer took a complaint from an employee with the Dalton Youth Detention Center.
