FORT OGLETHORPE, Ga. — We’re learning more about health standards for Georgia restaurants, after a photo showing two people doing hair at an IHOP In Fort Oglethorpe went viral.
In an anonymous Facebook post, an IHOP employee can be seen putting hair extension on another employee in the restaurant’s dining area.
