Alpharetta Lions Club members donate $12,600 to assist veterans

ALPHARETTA, Ga. — Four members of the Alpharetta Lions Club visited the Warrior Freedom Service Dogs kennel facilities in Chattanooga, Tenn., to present the nonprofit with more than $12,000 in donations.

The proceeds, donated May 1, were raised at the Alpharetta Lions Club’s casino night fundraiser in March.
