CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A developer wants to build a large indoor sports complex on East Brainerd Road.
Planning documents filed with Hamilton County show a request to rezone property in the 10000 block of East Brainerd Road from agricultural to commercial use.
The proposal includes a 50,000-square-foot indoor facility with pickleball, basketball and tennis courts, along with indoor baseball practice cages.
