Hamilton County Health Department warns shoppers of recall on Blackstone seasoning

HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. — The Hamilton County Health Department is alerting consumers to a voluntary recall involving Blackstone Products’ Parmesan Ranch seasoning due to possible salmonella contamination.

According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the recall was issued after a powdered milk supplier connected to the seasoning products announced its own recall.

Health officials say no illnesses have been reported in connection with the recalled products so far. However, consumers are being urged not to eat the seasoning and to throw it away immediately if they have it at home…
