PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The Portsmouth Police Department identified two men wanted in connection with the homicide of a 17-year-old boy on Frederick Boulevard.
Portsmouth Police search for persons of interest in connection to homicide at Wawa on Frederick Boulevard
The incident happened in the early morning hours of May 10 in the 1200 block of Frederick Boulevard, according to police.
Investigators identified the two suspects who were captured on surveillance footage as 18-year-old Kavi Christopher Santokie and 30-year-old Tracy Lashawn Lewis. Police say they are both considered armed and dangerous.
Santokie and Lewis are both charged with possession of a machine gun for aggressive purpose, shooting from vehicle to endanger persons and willfully discharging firearms in public places.
