VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A Virginia Beach woman says she regrets selling one of her kittens on an online marketplace after she alleges the person she sold him to killed him.
Virginia Beach police confirmed they received a report about the incident and initially investigated the case. However, after exhausting all leads, the case was closed.
