VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — The Jackalope Festival is back at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront this weekend, bringing world-class action sports athletes, Olympic competitors and thousands of spectators to Hampton Roads.
Festival organizers expect nearly 60,000 people to attend the three-day event, up from the roughly 40,000 visitors who attended last year.
