NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) – Newport News Police confirm they arrested 14 juveniles during an incident at City Center Saturday night.
On June 6, around 8 p.m., the Newport News Police Department (NNPD) responded to City Center where altercations broke out among a large gathering of approximately 300 individuals. Police said the majority of the crowd was under the age of 18.
